In 2008, we launched this website featuring our new BASKET STORE with more to come. We invite you to join our email list as we will feature newsletters with coupons starting this spring. The website will be a continuing work in progress throughout 2009, giving you many reasons to return. We developed new fundraising programs (more in the developmental stage) and continue with our 3,000 item catalog, doing home parties and catalog shows.

The highlight of our fundraising in 2008 was customizing an afghan for the USS Forrestal Naval Ship. This ship was featured regularly in the news as John McCain almost lost his life there when a bomb fell off an American plane. We also helped the Reading Pagoda celebrate their 100th anniversary, Bayer Aspirin celebrate their 60th Anniversary and produced afghans for the National Railway Historical Society and the Horseless Carriage Club of America. As afghans have been a favorite of organizations celebrating anniversaries or producing a collectible heirloom, we have also produced for many churches, fire companies and civic organizations. We are looking to expand our sales force this year.

In 2009, we will be closing our Gift Outlet, featuring 4 lighted showrooms and a bargain basement, after 20 years. The over 4,000 square foot shopping area features Country, Primitive, Victorian, Southwest and much more on 2 floors. Especially notable are the the beautiful 50-cent greeting cards. The Gift Outlet will remain open until a buyer is found or all merchandise is depleted. Stop in to purchase thousands of items at liquidation pricing. Store Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm.
